Virtual pharmacy

Premise Health’s virtual pharmacy allows members to receive prescriptions at their doorstep while maintaining quality customer service and low costs. To communicate the benefits of this new product offering, we developed a suite of materials to highlight the benefits of this new service to eligible members.

I lead the creative team through a competitive audit of virtual pharmacies to identify our points of differentiation and areas for creative opportunity. After analyzing the landscape, we identified a direction focused on convenience and pharmacist interaction. This project marked increased collaborative processes amongst the creative team, making the end result all the better.
